Citrus County Chronicle Obituaries

The FLGenWeb Project, Inc. is proud to announce an agreement between FLGenWeb and the Citrus County Chronicle whereby the FLGenWeb may republish their obituaries in the FLGenWeb Archives. This is the beginning of what I hope to become a major effort by FLGenWeb to place Florida Obituaries online.

This is the beginning of a FLGenWeb Florida Obituary database. For this project a few volunteers will be needed to copy and paste newspaper obituaries into a wordprocessor and send on to the project manager who, for the time being is me.

If you would like to help with this project, or know someone who would, please e-mail me for details. Volunteers for this project need not be FLGenWeb Members.

At this time we have permission to post Obituaries from the Citrus County Chronicle and the St. Petersburg Times Newspaper with more to come soon.
